1. How do i book an appointment?

You can book by calling or WhatsApping us at 0797 489 881 / 0786 224 866, or reaching out via Instagram/TikTok @glowbyfelistus. We recommend booking a day or two ahead, especially for weekend slots.

2. Do you offer mobile / at-home services?

Yes! Can't make it to us? We'll come to you. Just let us know your location when booking, and our team will bring the Glow experience to your doorstep.

3. What are your operating hours?

We're open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We're closed on public holidays.

4. What's included in the Bridal Package?

Our Bridal Package is a fully customized beauty experience for your big day — think hair styling, makeup, nails, and skin prep tailored to you. Reach out to us directly so we can build a package around your specific needs and timeline.

5. How long does a braiding or hair styling session usually take?

It depends on the style — simpler styles can take 1–2 hours, while more intricate braiding can take several hours. We'll give you a time estimate when you book so you can plan your day around it.

6. Do I need to bring my own hair extensions or nail supplies?

Not necessarily — we carry quality products and supplies in-house, but you're always welcome to bring your own preferred hair or nail products if you have something specific in mind.
